Once a loan or loan portfolio is posted live on the Marketplace, prospective participants/buyers can easily search, view, favorite and/or submit offers on the opportunity, or any active deal. Sellers can then view and manage inbound interest and inquiries on the deal(s) through the platform.
Buyers have access to key loan metrics and attributes on each deal upfront.
Through the Marketplace, CSI banks can view insights and information on each loan or participation opportunity, and the seller’s underwriting process, streamlining decision-making. Once an opportunity of interest is identified, the buyer submits a preliminary offer or interest indication through the platform.
